Returns & Exchanges Policy:
At Kit & Petal, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every item you choose for your little one. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please make sure the following criteria are met:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
- Original tags must still be attached and intact.
How to Return or Exchange:
For your convenience, we offer a $7.00 flat fee for return shipping. Start your return process here.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We carefully check every order before it leaves us, but if you receive a damaged item or if the wrong item was shipped, please email us first at hello@kitandpetal.com. We’ll make things right as quickly as possible and ensure you receive the correct items with care.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. Thank you for understanding!
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked. To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it—unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return and carefully inspected the items, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
